ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Ensuring the Incoming / In process / Final inspection as per quality assurance plan / drawings reporting to GM for quality deviations and approval of the materials / product.

Identifying the Non-Conformation materials to avoid mixing with accepted materials.

Verification of Incoming items with Inspection report.

Review of Quality deviations during process.

Applying suitable statistical techniques for analysis & Problem solving.

Maintaining all the records related to inspection of all stages.

Supplier part rejection analysis and take action for avoid rejection in future.

Check the components by required measuring instruments and visual inspection before dispatch to customers.
