-Create, edit manufacturing process recipes, Operations in the Thin film process using Tera term application.

-Daily tasks in the cleanroom.

Final Year Project Republic Polytechnic

April 2016 – August 2016 (5 months)

-Developed LicoO2 cathode, Solid state electrolyte and anode materials and fabricated a thin film battery.

-The battery was further improved by increasing the O2 gas pressure, changing the Si target, optimizing the annealing temperature and by sputtering thicker Pt layer.
