Description :In this project superimposition of variation cut pattern on the disc brake is introduced.So the heat transfer rate increases.The design of the disc brake is modeled in CATIA.Structural and thermal analysis is done for 3 materials cast iron,maraging steel and carbon-carbon composites in ANSYS.
