My Principle Accountability

Total responsibility to monitoring the day to day product conformation with respect to product specification and quality control. Actively involved in the field to improve the reliability of vacuum system, Static and Rotary Equipment such as Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Valves, Compressor, Pipe lines, Filters, Boosters, Ejectors, Mixers, Cooling Towers and Boiler activities.

Monitoring the day to day refinery operations, performance and verify the performance data the Operators, and system to ascertain the breakdown causes.

Compile engineering related lessons learnt hold workshop as part of engineering development to achieve Operational Excellence.

To maintain the ISO standards and-CCP (critical control points) for maintaining high quality standards by updating the ISO records for regular monitoring.

Regularly lead the audit team to check the improve and verify the deviation on work permit procedure, Reliability improvement programs, Critical Control Parameters variation, ISO records, TPM and employment in achieving operations excellence.

Taking care of machines and- equipments, Maintaining the records of servicing time and Analysis of OEE ( Overall Effective-Efficiency).

Develop and implement effective operation "strategy-troubleshoot for all the critical -Rotary and Static Equipments.

Ensure effective implementation of company Health, Safety and 'Environmental policy, objectives, procedure and regulations.

Active member to review management of change, Root cause analysis and process change request which involves installation, modification of refinery and it's operating equipments and accordingly recommends appropriate solution and strategy to maximize the operability of refinery and minimize loss, the downtime and life cost

Process & Equipments Involved and Handled

Various type of chemical and mechanical Equipments like Centrifugal and Reciprocating Pumps, Valves, Heat Exchangers, Mixers, Separators, Boosters, Ejectors, Condensers, Compressor, Filters, Cooling Towers and PLC & DCS controlling, are involved in the process which covers a wide range of the field practice and theoretical knowledge are handled efficiently and their maintenance works carried out whenever necessary.
