Developed high performing team with several associates promoting up to other areas. Responsible for high-level status, communications, timelines, scope, budgets, purchasing, and vendor management of all projects in portfolio.

Managed POS team conversion of all POS applications to run in Tomcat / Linux, resulting in successful conversion of all POS applications to run in Tomcat / Linux by changing almost every piece of code with minimal issues.
