Provides support to customers encountering problems with CDK’s products via phone, web chat, e-mail or chat sessions

Uses VLANs to improve network performance by separating large broadcast domains into smaller segments

Remotes into client equipment (routers and switches) for troubleshooting

Ensures that the network is operating 100% of the time between all sites

Uses NetFlow to collect IP traffic information and monitor network traffic

Uses SSH to connect to the ASP (Data Centers in Las Vegas and in Chicago)

Adds or removes statics route of a router configuration per client request
