Description: Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS) is the authority in the real estate line of business that drives nearly $100 billion in real estate transactions (listings and sales) each year.

a.Keystone is a tool created to make it easy for MRIS customers to enter, view, and edit listings. It will allow listings shine by adding multiple images and virtual tours! It will also allow agent to manage open houses, documents to a listing, and syndicate with participating websites etc.

b.Matrix is the tool used by MRIS customers to access the MLS database. It's simple to use, yet offers incredibly specific search capabilities. Agents can, Search Listings, Email Listings, Print Listings, and Perform Market Updates. Gather CMA Data, Search Tax Records.

c.SMS is an application to manage MRIS Subscriptions and their billing and to handle the purchase, provisioning (activation), and reporting of premium products from mris.com using Salesforce CRM software. Easily onboard new premium products. Handle complex pricing configurations, such as those based upon association, broker, or broker office. Efficiently handle promotional pricing, discounts, and bundled product packages.

d.MRIS Mobile App is used by Real-Estate Agent, to quickly edit the property listing and also to add property photos. It is a native app, developed for both iOS and Android.

e.MRIS CURE: MRIS and other MLSs have partnered to expand access for Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service listing content through a cooperative agreement. To accomplish this, the individual MLSs will combine their data into a single common repository that will be available through the MRIS Cornerstone Universal RETS Exchange (MRIS CURE).

f.CIE360 is a marketing-based, centralized property listing database and web-based communication platform, controlled and owned, by an organization of commercial real estate professionals. It is a customized website, local-branding, powerful search engine, built-in communication tools, high-end marketing resources, and much more. The purpose of this project is to provide the MRIS commercial subscribers a vehicle that puts commercial members in control of how they share and promote their listings information and themselves both locally and nationally.

Responsibilities:

Led the testing team by coming up with efficient testing techniques and tracking the team members work on daily basis to deliver quality product and meeting the dead lines in an Agile environment.

Worked as part of agile team and participated in backlog grooming, sprint planning, task estimates including SWAG, task sequencing, task assignments, sprint reviews, daily scrum and retrospectives.

Creatively addressed conflicts between schedule, costs and quality goals.

Involved in coming up with efficient test plans and defining test cases on complex features of the application for Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing and Regression testing. Helped the team members to define test cases based on the designed Test plan.

Involved in identifying and documenting the screens that needed to look across different browsers to make sure the GUI is intact on different browsers on different platforms.
