SUMMARY
My experience includes 25+ years of increasing responsibilities in a wide range of human resource functions in both a union and nonunion manufacturing and distribution companies supporting the manufacturing, supply chain, sales and management functions. Previous positions included responsibility for multi-state; design, implementation and management of a variety of human resource programs including employee relations, labor relations, compensation, recruiting affirmative action, people development and change management in matrix organizations.

●Addressed EEOC charges and other employee relations issues with a 100% success rate, reducing corporate legal fees and liability. Trained over 100 employees for Austin Commercial and Walsh Construction Company in California to insure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
