Role: SAP CRM Consultant

Industry: Utilities - CRM Case Management and Hybris billing

ISTHA is an Illinois state tollway authority which implements SAP utility to perform day to day operations such as maintaining customer accounts, contracts, customer transaction history, transaction & violation processing and case management. The Client using SAP Interaction channel as the user interface.

Roles as SME in SAP CRM space, responsibilities are to interact with the customer to provide timely updates on reported issues and concerns. Attend workshops to gather business requirements and conduct essential demos to get more inputs from business users. Collect data points for the business process optimization by observing business users day to day work.

Prepare functional design documents based on business process documents and technical documents based on function specifications.

Have a good understanding in electronic tolling business process. The implementation is based on SAP Hybris billing module architecture.

Have designed and build parts of the service request business process with complex integration between CRM and FICA module, which helped me to gain knowledge in FICA component.

I was part of system design discussion and was mainly responsible for architectural scope design of the project for which I have traveled to the Philippines.

Have done SME reviews and worked on opportunity management customization. Have created design documents and worked on complex UI designs.

Created a custom genil component with search and result entities and utilized them in a custom BSP component in tabbed view format.

Have utilized rapid application development tool which reduced manual efforts to a great extent and helped the team to deliver implementation in time.

Have created test scripts and performed integration testing for opportunity management process.

Dyson is a design and manufacturing consumer electronics company. Based on client business requirements, implemented Marketing, sales and service modules as part SAP CRM implementation.

I was part of the implementation for 7 months including development, testing and post go-live hyper care support.

Created web services based on RFC function modules which will interact with UPS store java based system. The purpose of the interface is to tracking the location of the order by providing the order number.

Expertise in configuring web services from SOAMANAGER, done a couple of web service configurations based to act as service consumer and provider.

Have worked on service order to confirmation life cycle and sales order business process.

Have worked on action profiles to trigger web based mail forms based on document status. Expertise in configuring action profiles based on various start conditions.
