Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Operations
Duties: Responsible for gathering and creating reports for financial P & L, Inventory/Waste, Labor/exempt and Salary, in addition to smaller reports on everyday activities for the District Managers and their GM’s individual use. I was ultimately responsible for educating & teaching DM’s on how to create and understand the reports requested. Assist with each stores individual needs and opportunity areas. Once weekly I presented my weekly financial reports to the VP and District Managers.
