Extensive experience as a Construction Manager and Owners Representative with that experience encompassing planning and permitting to final warranty/ project closeout. Also, substantial background working with General & Site Contractors, Government Agencies, Architects, Land Planners, and Environmental Consultants.

Project Manager 2015-Current

Construction Manager/ Owner’s Rep for $28MM clubhouse renovation and new construction at a premier Boca Raton community.

Coordinate all design consultants and contractors to function as a team.

Administer all contracts and service agreements.

Review, analyze and approve all changes and pay applications.

Attend weekly OAC meetings to discuss schedules and open issues.

Lennar Home (Palm Beach/Treasure Coast) Lake Worth/West Palm Beach

Land Development Supervisor Wellington/Hypoluxo/Stuart

2014-2015

Responsible for day to day land development operations for the Palm Beach/Treasure Coast region. Site visits to all communities daily (goal).

Coordinate Site Development, including permitting, engineering and construction. Work closely with Home and Building Division.

Schedule inspections with government and utility representatives.

Construction Consultant (SECURITY CLEARANCE) 2008-2011

Monitor and document new and existing construction contracts (30+)

Projects located in extreme remote areas and accessible by helicopter only.

Inspect all new construction with contract documents as guide.

Consult and assist USAF with issues regarding upgrades to hard buildings.

Supervise all New Constructions at an interment facility, housing 18 Detainees, 7 K Troops and 2 K civilians. Located in Southern Iraq, (Camp Bucca). All Horizontal/Vertical Work came under this contract. Managed all trades and schedules.

Coordinate all stages of Site Development, including planning, permitting, engineering and construction.

Responsible for monitoring utility, environmental and water management design and formal applications through final certification.

Assist in awarding prime contracts with site and landscaping contractors with following contracts for common/entry area amenities.

Review and negotiate proposals to be formulated into contract/purchase orders.

Responsible for coordination of all construction activities involving development of a 120-room extended-stay hotel, including site and vertical construction.

Responsible for site development and construction management of a four building 128 unit beachfront condominium project.

Completed site development, amenities and construction of multiple low and mid-rise units in various multi-family projects.

Assisted in contract negotiations to procure site and general contractors. Also, complete the owner controlled vendor bidding process.

Created and implemented effective customer service warranty and PM programs. Supervised renovation of 314 rooms, Sheraton-Hotel in Toledo, Ohio.

WORK HISTORY FOR PERIOD FROM 1979-1989

During the first decade of my construction career (Majority Multi-Family Residential), I worked in various locations of southeast Florida, in which time I acquired a strong conceptual building foundation in this field. During this time, was given the opportunity to work on planning, permitting, supervision of projects and the day to day issues that eventually made a project successful for both the builder and owner.
