PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE:
I had worked with the "CHEMPLAST SANMAR LIMITED”, Mettur dam-3 in “POWER PLANT”, as a ‘GRADUATE APPRENTICE TRAINING’ from Dec 2013 (to) Dec 2014.
CURRENT PROFESSIONAL:
I presently work with the “SHARADHA TERRY PRODUCTS LIMITED”, on contract basis GSH O&M Mettupalayam, Coimbatore in “PROCESS BOILER” as a MECHANICAL ENGINEER (In charge ) from July 2016 (to) Sep 2016.
WORK PROFILE:
I am actively involved and responsible for Operation of process boiler, preventive and predictive maintenance jobs, managing breakdown. In addition to routine day-to-day jobs and trouble shooting, I am actively involved in safety and man power management.

Type - Atmospheric fluidized bed combustion, water tube, single drum, natural circulation, non - steaming economizer, balanced draft with radial profile blade fans, Electro static precipitation with fly ash disposal system.
TURBINE:
Make - SHIN NIPPON MACHINERY,
Capacity - 2 x 24.25 MW,
Type- Horizontal, Impulse, Multistage Multi valve, Axial flow, Condensing, 2-Uncontrolled Extraction, 1- Controlled Extraction with reduction gear, down exhaust.

Did Boiler commissioning activities like hydro test, alkali boil out, boiler DP test.
Maintaining log sheets of boiler parameters during shift hours.
Having knowledge of turbine startup and shutdown process.
Monitoring normal turbine running activities.
Having knowledge of turbine emergency activities.
Knowledge of condenser charging and ejector charging.
Knowledge of HPH charging and LPH charging.
Having knowledge of charging lube oil system and water line system.
Maintaining log sheets of turbine parameters during shift hours.
Operating in desk with YOKOGAWA CENTUM CS 3000 VERSION, Hands on involvement, monitoring and controlling all activities for power plant through DCS.
Responsible of the plant operation procedures, trip reports and emergency procedures, analyzing plant efficiency, etc.
Maintaining log sheets of CHP, DM PLANT, and BOILER during shift hours.
Analyzing the reading daily to increase the efficiency of the boiler.
Having knowledge of wood boiler startup and shutdown process.
