Title : Issue Tracker System

Description: This web application is used by an organization which provides services to their clients. Generally services should be provided with in the SLA time. This application has four levels of users: Clients, Staff, Project Manager and Admin. Clients can submit, modify, clone their issues (Tickets), see status of the ticket and see resolution to his/her ticket through the application. Staff can accept, redirect, reassign tickets and can give resolutions to the accepted tickets. Project Manager can allocate, change resource (Staff) to the client so that they handle tickets. Admin has all administrative tasks like adding, modifying and deleting details of clients, staff, project managers, and password change etc., a program that runs always in the back ground to check the SLA time for each ticket. If the ticket does not meet SLA time then, the ticket is escalated and mail is sent to PM.

Responsibilities: Handled the following tasks:

Involved in daily scrum meetings, worked on the sprint tasks in the Agile Scrum development.

Responsible for developing application using Java, JDBC, SQL, Eclipse IDE.

Responsible for implementing JDBC to perform the database calls from the JAVA layer.

Designed and coded application components in an agile environment utilizing a test driven development approach.

Responsible for design of UI using various custom layouts, buttons, dialog boxes, alert boxes and different form of widgets.

Responsible for inserting suitable code to capture the various button and text field events and implemented the desired action for each of the widgets.

Worked on web views, list views & populated lists to display the lists from database using simple adapters.

Title : Visual Anatomy

Visual Anatomy Free is an interactive reference, and education tool. Now it include a rotational organ 3D overview model! It contains all body anatomy systems and has more than 500 feature points which can be interactively select. Each feature point has its own label and description. The app also has search function which can be used as searching the labels of all feature points. 8 overview images from Gray's anatomy Full version have all 1247 images. In additional, a quiz with 23 multi-choice questions also is included.

Online Bill Payment & Management System

The purpose of this project is to provide On-Line bill payment facility to users. This project consists of two modules User module and Admin module. User’s module provides the interface to the user to know the payment details of electricity bill and to pay the payment. Admin module provides the interface for the administrator to enter the new connection details, to update the electricity charges. It generates various reports of the payment details of all users to Administrator.
