Summary of Experience and Qualifications
I am a certified Business Analyst with experience in supporting Federal software acquisition processes as well as health care efforts. I am currently supporting the Deloitte Requirements Team on the Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS) project, the tool used to process claims for benefits. VBMS is a business transformation initiative with the primary goal of expediting benefits to Veterans within 125 days and with 98% accuracy, and to provide consistency in processing claims across VA’s 56 Regional Offices (ROs). This is a client facing role that requires me to utilize skills in project management, and requirements management to support various clients primarily within the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to Deloitte, I served as an Intern at Dawa Limited (Kenya), where I was a liaison between IT departments, end users, and our own engineering team with the goal of improving data collection and patient care. I am technically proficient in Microsoft Office products and possess an active NACI security clearance. Federal Consultant
