OBJECTIVE

Looking for a company who can benefit and utilize my twenty-five years of experience in construction management with a proven track record combined with my eight years selling as an outside sales rep the total house package, trusses, and post frame building.

PROJECT MANAGER

EXPERIENCE: Ten years of building high end homes both single family homes, ranging from 3000 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. and multi-family homes. One of the condo projects had parking and retail on the first floor. 15 years of high volume production building single family and multi-family homes. Developing a cornfield into a community. Managed the construction of a 7000 sq ft office building with high end loft units above.

Experience in full on site construction management and land development. I have been responsible for all activities on site from obtaining permits and passing city inspections during construction through completion and final occupancy. I would be involved in bidding, contracting, creating, and maintaining budgets along with scheduling, monitoring and inspect all work daily with a close eye on quality and details. I would be accountable for draws and invoices. I have worked with a staff or independently.

Read and understand architectural, mechanical, and engineering plans. Good understanding of foundations including engineered pier and beam, and caissons foundation. I have a strong background in framing, good working knowledge of all mechanical trades. I communicate and work well with contractors, engineers, architects, inspectors, and the men in the field.

Involved with land development for over twelve years. I would work with engineers obtaining final plan approvals. Schedule and monitor the installation of the infrastructure, utilities, roads and obtain final city acceptance.

SALES

Two years selling custom homes while having a joint venture with the builder. I would build and sell my houses.

Currently and have been for the last 8 years an outside sales rep. Selling the total house package. Designing and selling post frame buildings from garages to horse barn with an attached riding arena.
