The Vice President, Project Executive acts as the point person for the company in the critical period prior to contract signing and then remains engaged as the project executive throughout the construction process. The Vice President, Project Executive must ascertain, negotiate and define a prospective Client’s requirements, provide a budget for the work and insure that the companies standards are established are applied consistently throughout the project.
• Seek out new clients and sales opportunities for the Company.
• Process Sales Requests for prospective clients to evaluate and layout their space requirements.
• Creating cost estimates based on the Client’s needs, identifying building items as well as tenant requested additional work. Present completed budgets for review and approval of the proposed transaction.
• Review Contract drafts and final issuance of Contract for compliance with the exhibit plans and budget created for the project.
• Consolidate the design/budget package to be submitted to the Project Architect.
• Ensure the construction documents and revisions are delivered within the established target dates to insure the prompt and effective completion of the project.
• Transmit completed construction documents to the Client for final approval, indicated by returning a full set of plans with each sheet signed and dated as approved, or approved as noted.
• Negotiation extra work orders with Clients, coordinate plan revisions, field conditions and Client requests for additional work.
• Provide regular and consistent feedback to the team regarding the status of Sales Requests, project status, client correspondence and approvals.
• Maintain appropriate marketing data for completed projects relative to plans, square footage, and building specifications.

Responsible for the overall management of the company’s architecture, construction and development services for over 10 million square feet of Class A commercial office space in Connecticut, New Jersey and Westchester, New York, with annual gross construction costs averaging over $60 million.
