Project Details:
Design & Implementation of TRRT FPGA for SAT-4
SAT-4 is an advanced communication satellite with multi spot beam antenna. An on-board RF tracking system is required to accurately point the on-board antenna to ground. The on-board RF Tracking system consists of Tracking Receiver Remote Terminal (TRRT) Interface unit which collects error and control signals from Receiver/Transmitter control unit. This TRRT interface unit consisting of FPGA card collects the data from PROM, also the error and control signals from Receiver/Transmitter control unit which are stored in SRAM. The summit device collects the stored data from SRAM and processes the signals and corrects it. These corrected signals are given to altitude orbit control system to drive the antenna in the required direction.
A Project on Voltage Controlled Oscillator (M Tech Project)
A Voltage-Controlled Oscillator or VCO is an electronic oscillator whose oscillation frequency is controlled by a voltage input. The applied input voltage determines the instantaneous oscillation frequency. Consequently, modulating signals applied to control input may cause frequency modulation (FM) or phase modulation (PM). A VCO may also be part of a phase-locked loop. The proposed VCO circuit is made up of ring oscillator using delay cells. The operating frequency is determined by the number of delay cells in the ring oscillator. This project is carried out using Cadence 180nm technology.
A Project on Asset Security using 1 mm distance accuracy with GSM (B.E. Project)
The purpose of this project was to design a system for securing the Asset using 1mm distance accuracy with GSM .This project not only provides the security also gives the distance moved by the asset. The LPC2103 ARM Controller is the heart of the project. The asset can be secured using PIR sensor which detects the presence of human in the RF area and IR Sensors detects human in 5cm, the sensed signal transfers to the ARM Controller which controls whole operations of the model, the detected human and distance moved by the asset will displayed on the LCD, same time the message will sent through GSM which controls the operations of the whole module.
