An accomplished veteran Police Officer with twenty-five plus years in law enforcement. Exceptional record of directing Community Service Division related programs; while ensuring program initiatives were met. Adept at managing and preparing budgets, meeting Federal Regulation compliances; all of the aforementioned items were completed under scheduled time restraints. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
2014 – 2017: School Desk Officer-triage call center with a high volume of complaints from the Milwaukee Public School System (calls from administrators, staff members, students and parents).
2012 – 2014: One of the top performers within the Milwaukee Police Department’s Differential Police Response (DPR).
2005 – 2012: Due to downsizing (staffing from 15 to 1), I was able to sustain the operation by writing grants, collaborating with other agencies, recruit (volunteers and police personnel), budget (200,000 grant funding audit (Federal Compliances), train volunteers to assist with the MPAL’s operational functions.
1999 – 2004: Entrusted with the program duties of a non-profit agency the Milwaukee Police Athletic League, Inc. (MPAL), which served over 5000 youth of the City of Milwaukee in educational and recreational activities.
1991 – 1991: While functioning as a patrol officer, my partner and I was instrumental in apprehending a burglary-robbery ring.
