Fault detection and protection of Induction Motor
using PLC
In this study, protection system for single phase IM is designed and implemented with protection system. The proposed PLC-controlled protective relay deals with the most important failures such as over current, over voltage, under voltage. The fault is been displayed by fault Indicators.
M-Tech Project.
Performance and Analysis of a solar still coupled to a parabolic concentrator with separate evaporator and condenser.
In this project a solar still (single basin double slope), has been designed which acts as a condenser and it is coupled to a parabolic solar concentrator which acts as an evaporator. Thus the condenser of desalination system is isolated from the evaporator. The steam from the parabolic concentrator is directly fed to the basin of solar still. Unlike conventional solar still, proposed model has got separate condenser and evaporator which is expected to result in better performance.
