As a lifelong Sonoma County resident I have had vast exposure to wine country cuisine. This has given me the opportunity to work in some of the finest restaurants in the area. With an insatiable passion for cooking, stemming from childhood, I have chosen some of the finest kitchens to refine my natural talents. Having been owner and operator of three separate restaurants has given me a broad spectrum of understanding the food and beverage industry.
