Established a proper infection control unit at hospital level. o Involved in hospital surveillance, outbreak management, Pandemic flu, H1N1 and MersCoV preparedness program.

Involved in Quality Assurance Project (QAP). Two QAP projects had been awarded at state as well as nation level:
o 1st project was introduction of Flipchart for HIV treatment counselling. This Flipchart has been used all over Malaysia for HIV counselling. o 2nd project was on Community Acquired Pneumonia. A new checklist was introduced to simplify doctors in management of CAP.
