Analyzed various factors affecting the height of foam using ANOVA with Minitab. Used Randomized

Complete Block Design to remove variability between 2 operators

Design of Experiments-2

Designed a Non-Randomized Un-Replicated Saturated Design for a new Lab process having problems

in producing batches of pure material using ANOVA with Minitab. To be acceptable, there had to be

less than 50 mg of by-product in each batch of 100 gm

Important variables were identified as potentially important and using statistical analysis an

appropriate setting was set for each variable to make sure there less than 50 mg of by-product in

each batch of 100 gm

Quality Assurance.

Designed an experiment to determine the best electromagnetic settings for robot arm to transfer the

bearings from a bulk hopper into final packaging

Maximized the number of ball bearings that can be transferred by utilizing quality assurance tools

such as response surface modeling, statistical process control, gauge R&R and process capability

analysis to achieve repeatable response variables

Lean Manufacturing

Developed an A3 process analyzed link between true problems, root causes and countermeasures to

eliminate the warranty claims against the production defects of stopper on Toyota Corolla console

Reduced Lead time by 19.1 days and process time was reduced by 19 seconds through utilization of

Value stream mapping (VSM) for Acmes stamping process
