Assisting a team of developers in globalizing an application in WinForms with dbiScheduler, C1FlexGrid and Active Reports. Initially the project started in 2.5 VS2008 for the first few languages and countries (Spanish (Chili and Mexico), and Portugeese). Peronally converted the application to 4.51 and VS2013 and upgraded all components for the Russian plants.

VB.Net 4 Oracle, Classic ASP, TFS, WCF Services

Leading the conversion from Classic ASP to ASP.NET with TFS using WebForms. This project was more about learning their present environment and then aiding them in moving to current technologies for developing as well as testing of applications. Leading three developer departments through the transition including incorporating a Dev and Q&A environment for the staff along with source control, and setting coding standards among the deparments.
