Ted Lively is a highly motivated senior finance professional with over 22 years of progressive financial management experience. His responsibilities have included business strategic management, planning and development, IFRS and GAAP consolidation, M&A evaluation and negotiation, tax planning and preparation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management, capital expenditure determination, statutory and management financial reporting, and contract and risk management. He has 5 years of Public Accounting experience during which his primary focus was in Tax, and Business Strategy planning. He has 12 years of international business management experience, with a focus in the US, Europe, West Africa, Asia Pacific, India and Brazil. He has performed as a senior member of multi-national management teams whose mandates have included developing and implementing sales and revenue growth strategies, expanding market capitalization requirements and establishing business and management Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators.

While serving as the Vice President of Finance at DOF Subsea, North America Region, he facilitated the evaluation and due-diligence process for a $105 million business unit acquisition. The acquisition would led to the strengthening of the company’s core service attributes as well as escalating their market percentage. During his time at DOF Subsea, the company experienced a tremendous growth, moving from $12 million to $125 million in annual turnover. This new system needed to migrate the current multi-national multi-system environment to a single source ERP system which would integrate all facets of the business model from manpower and resource requirements to equipment maintenance and capitalization. Its primary needs were to include consolidation requirements for compliance with US, Canadian, and Australian GAAP, IFRS, operational modeling development and product reporting requirements.

While leading the Finance and Accounting Team at Superior Energy Services, Marine Technical Services division, he facilitated the review and ultimate implementation of tighter Internal Controls which were necessary due to project performance issues. While serving as the Division Controller/Director of Finance at MTS, Ted established an integrated reporting matrix which called for the collaboration with senior executives in HSEQ, Operations, Commercial, Human Resources, and Finance & Accounting.
