• Edited/revised PowerPoint on behalf of key leaders and managers (two key leaders and 7 finance managers) in support of CFO. Assisted via high level, high volume, highly expeditious admin support (PPT, travel, and meetings) to ensure successful bid of $2 Billion start-up cellular telco (Sao Paulo, Brazil) transaction.
• Developed and keyed Cellular Operations Comparison Matrix Report (Excel format) for the Department due to access of files and knowledge of former transactions
• Managed Project Codes for the Department with Moderate to High Level interface with Accounting due to confidentiality of proprietary information which was key to reimbursement of project costs from said acquisition resulting in significant savings the Company
