2015-01 thru 2017-03 – Executive Assistant to Chief Investment Officer

• Supported 3 key finance professionals, Chief Investment Officer (Masters in Tax), and 2 Directors which included suggested research within designated database for prospective fund opportunity, document management for respective investments (extensive), meeting scribe for fund rep meetings if requested, extensive travel including international

• Managed payments, ranging from a few thousand dollars to multi-million dollars, for capital calls and collateral payments in addition to tracking distributions on behalf of long term investment portfolio

BellSouth International: Engineering:

• Compiled and entered engineering data into a very complex statistical data system, learning curve less than six months, others had been several years or more, for reports concerning cellular engineering statistics due to familiarity with former M&A transactions and people

• Assisted Certified Public Accountant as necessary, PowerPoint and Excel, in support of IS&T during re-structure of the entire Bell System (re-structure by function versus by entity) within high intensity high volume work structure environment. Key interface for others outside the immediate group.

• Compiled and completed Standard and Adhoc IS&T Reports (Excel format) upon Demand for the Chief Information Officer while interfacing with 25+ BellSouth entity representatives.

BellSouth Corporation: Merger & Acquisitions

• Deemed ‘Key Individual’ in Department by Internal Audit during an initial audit of the department

• Certified Records Agent for the Department (training required as to Records Management)

• Edited/revised PowerPoint on behalf of key leaders and managers (two key leaders and 7 finance managers) in support of CFO. Assisted via high level, high volume, highly expeditious admin support (PPT, travel, and meetings) to ensure successful bid of $2 Billion start-up cellular telco (Sao Paulo, Brazil) transaction.

• Developed and keyed Cellular Operations Comparison Matrix Report (Excel format) for the Department due to access of files and knowledge of former transactions

• Managed Project Codes for the Department with Moderate to High Level interface with Accounting due to confidentiality of proprietary information which was key to reimbursement of project costs from said acquisition resulting in significant savings the Company

• Booked international travel (Mexico, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Canada) which included completing Employee Expense reimbursement for same with many different denominations of money. An audit of same by Internal Audit Department favorable without any significant finding.

BellSouth: Payroll

• Completed schedules (daily, weekly and upon command) for Compute Pay for a db2 Payroll System and on call 24/7 if any issues. Reviewed same after each run.

• Keyed high volume amount of data for Special Runs for Payroll in addition to low level Accounting Entries as Needed

• Guided, reviewed and approved other Payroll entry level staff work as needed

BellSouth: Director Financial & Business Planning

• Edited/revised PowerPoint, extensive, in support of key finance leader reporting to the CFO

• Provided General Support for Department head of Finance and in general for a Large Department of 150+ including Payroll support duties

BellSouth: Internal Audit:

• Keyed initial audit data into Audit Universe System, new to BellSouth, and Ongoing

• Completed Word Processing upon demand for key leader and 7-9 Senior Managers due to required Audit Reports of various divisions/processes within the entire Bell system -- good learning tool about the organization. Auditors within the Department were also responsible for writing various Standards & Procedures policy(ies) as needed.
