Supervise 13 Registered Pharmacists in the Front End Pharmacy operations. The group was responsible for testing and improving new software applications prior to launching company wide. The job duties included supervising the personnel, assisting with Pharmacy escalations. The group worked in a lean environment and supervision included adherence to specific performance parameters. I participated in Kaizan meetings to remove waste and increase productivity.

Working from analytical chemist though a progression of promotions to lab manager with many responsibilities within the laboratory, I was managing a 64 person laboratory at one time. The lab was responsible for all method validation, R&D sample testing from inception to production, and all stability testing for FDA submissions. The lab had 3 shifts and each shift supervisor was my direct report. I was responsible for budgets, capitol purchase recommendations, sample prioritization and sample backlog maintenance. I was involved with FDA and DEA audits.
