-Coordinating with government authorities to get valid permission.

-One Lakh spindles capacity, 80000 spindles working,

-Six permanently stopped ringframes were made to run.

-Labour reduced from 2300 to 1500.

-30sPC introduced and run.

-Dope dyed PSF, Recycled PSF, PV millange and Sewing thread yarn introduced.

-Tangential drive to Two Spindles drive trial in Zinser RF succeeded.

-Separate drive for spindles and gearing & flutted rollers made and synchronized.

-Solar System installed for yarn conditioning boiler to reduce diesel consumption

- 100% cotton run and spun upto 120s combed yarn.

-Spindleage expanded from 14400 to 28800 with new LMW project.

-Compact Modification done in 14400 spindles.

-TFO outsourced and doubled yarns sent to ARVIND,ASHIMI,DONEAR

-Lay out altered to incorporate one O.E.

-2/40s combed Yarn exported to ITALY.

-Argued in Central Excise case to retain 24 Lakhs.

-Solved problems created by local people near factory.

-Production increased to achieve 105 gm (40s converted production).

-Production per day increased from 12750kg/day to 18000kg/day in 27000 spindles

unit.

-Autodoffing mechanism corrected in 12 ringframes.

-PSF processed without antistatic oil and saved money.

- Joined as supervisor and elevated up to D.G.M.

-Quality level increased to get extra premium in 2/60s PV count.

-Run G5/1 ringframe at 23500 rpm in 76sPV with Half flange rings.

-Attended a fabric complaint at Bhilwara, analysed the cause and argued with

-Reliance to prove that it was due to fibre problem, obtained compensation.

-Processed 0.8D x 51 mm PSF and 1.0D X 51 mm VSF.

-Processed 1.0D x 51 mm PSF in Murata MVS Airjet machine.

-Being Management Representative, got ISO certificate in 1994.

Diploma in Textile Technology from Rukmini Shanmugam Polytechnic,Silaiman,Madurai.Tamilnadu.

ISO Lead Assessor course Certified by Small Scale Industries, Chennai

Attended Training in Rieter Machines at Switzerland.
