PERSONAL PROFILE:

A versatile, creative and practical individual with eight years sustained work experience in the very diverse fields of accountancy, campaign planning and others. This experience has included motivating and managing staff within very busy commercial and public sector environments. Responds well to pressure and has a proven record as an efficient manager of time and resources.

Highly computer literate and conversant with most operating systems. A good team player but with a consistent ability to work on his own initiative against the pressures of competing deadlines. Multi lingual with a passion for learning coupled with the ability to pick up new information and knowledge very quickly. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

FROM 2008 TO DATE:

January 2016 to date - FAST Company - Accountant - Cairo.

Duties include oversight of bank, customer, sales and treasury accounts with reconciliation of payments due and those received. Duties also include supervising warehouse inventories demanding close attention to detail and responsible for full payment responsibility and manage the suppliers accounts.

September 2015 to January 2016 - Businessman’s office - Personal Executive Assistant - El-Gharbia.

Duties included planning a comprehensive election campaign programme for employer. This included internal organization of election teams & preparation of literature as well as external liaison with the media and other political colleagues.

January 2015 to August 2015 - NCHRD (Local NGO) - RUDS Support Officer - Cairo.

Duties included working on a national project for the sustained development of technical education in Egypt. Duties also included after care training & monitoring in order that students could be supported in factories with efficient evaluation of all learning methods used during the programme.

March 2014 to January 2015 - EFA Accounts Office, Accountant - Giza.

Duties included swift follow up of complex insurance and tax arrangements for companies. This involved checking rigorously for legal compliance and undertaking high quality accurate audits of all processes and payment procedures.

March 2011 to February 2014 - Smart Village - Security Manager - Giza.

Duties included ongoing review of surveillance cameras with robust scrutiny of the integrity of fire and emergency systems. Setting up and maintaining security procedures covering staff and visitors with a focus on identity and verification of documents formed a further set of integral duties.

July 2008 to February 2011- Prima Global Company - Official Sales Exhibition Organizer - Giza.

Duties included responsibility for the promotion of footwear sales in an attractive and modern exhibition of goods. This included a regular inventory of store items and processing revenue receipts and sundry expenses.

In this period, and co terminus with unpaid employment, was an active volunteer with a Non-Governmental Organization. Duties included assisting with fund raising planning, research and organization of social activities. Additionally, had a period as an unpaid intern at the American Embassy in Cairo, engaged on library duties. This latter position further enhanced both his written and verbal English skills. Finally undertook voluntary activities in two Human Resources units attached to learning establishments assisting with the development of students through coaching, conferences, mentoring and training.
