Effective November 2016 the Field Sales Team was responsible for assisting the National Accounts Team to gather information/vet existing Specialty Pharmacies and identify new Specialty Pharmacies for potential future dispensing of various generic products, as a result of the partnership with Camber Pharmaceuticals. In February 2017 the Sales Specialists were asked to conduct the on-label promotion of Tetrabenazine for the treatment of Chorea for patients with Huntington Disease. From June 2015 to Year End 2016 Kadmon embarked upon a co-promote agreement with Vivus Pharmaceuticals to promote Qsymia for the treatment of Chronic Weight Management. From April 2014 to March 2016 Kadmon embarked upon a co-promote agreement with Valeant Pharmaceuticals to promote Syprine for the treatment of Wilson Disease, an Orphan Disease. The on-label promotion of Ribasphere RibaPak was ongoing throughout all of the co-promote agreements.
