Knowledge about various quality improvement tools, their implement and utilization like PDCA, KAIZEN, ZERO DEFECTS, QUALITY CIRCLE, BENCH MARKING, TPM, six sigma, benefit of quality etc.

Knowledge about ISO, 9000 Q.M.S ISO 14000 EMS, Quality audit & corticacation.

Conduting of weldments,electrodes,filler rods,preheat,temperature etc.

Checking standard of work manship of welder.

Conducting of various types, mechanical test,tensile,bend, hardness.

Impact on welded joints to identify various defect lick crack,dimension, porosity,slag inclusion, lack of penetration etc.

Conducting various types of NDT test like visual test, MPT RT,UT,LPT test etc.

Report preparation and reporting to senior boss/officers.
