I am seeking a position as a Janitor –within the City of Seattle, The Finance and Administrative Services Department

Qualifications, Skills, Abilities

• I have more than fifteen years of experience of performing general laborer / manual works. I am forty-one years old, great physical working condition and lots of Skills and experience on how to safely use varieties of hand tools and power tools.

• Skills and Experience on how to operate Bop Cat Machine, Kubota Tractor, Hydraulic Jack Hammer, Power Drills and Skill Saws, Pressure washer Machine and Back Pack blower.

• Skills on house remodels, Concrete and Landscaping. Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.

• Obtained Washington driver’s License. Able to speak in English and write. Able to read Safety Data sheets (SDS)

• Work well independently or in group environment. Ability to effectively and enjoy working in multicultural workplace within diverse workforce. able to maintain stable and safety work habits and performances. Team work and able to assist.

• Physically fit, Ability to stand, walk, bend and stoop for extended periods of time, ability to lift 50 lbs. and more. Able to work in any weather conditions, and work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Able to follow verbal and written instruction. I have knowledge of basic cleaning and handling work in buildings and on grounds.

• Great customer service, positive attitude and polite.

• Able to do floor waxes, Shampoo Carpets and Clean Windows.

• Able to perform other duties such as moving furniture.
