PROGRAM DIRECTOR NFI MASSACHUSETTS, INC APRIL 2011 - PRESENT

Opened and managed a group home for 4 individuals with acquired brain injury. Duties included ensuring day to day operation, training and supervision of the staff that served them, oversight of all required documentation, and management of all payroll and budgetary requirements.

Since July of 2016 I have maintained the same responsibilities but in a program that serves 40 handicapped clients that reside in their own homes in 16 different towns in eastern Massachusetts.

RELIEF STAFF NFI MASSACHUSETTS, INC APRIL 2010 – APRIL 2011

Served as a relief staff working with handicapped individuals as the agency lost the contract of the following programs.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR NFI MASSACHUSETTS, INC JANUARY 1993 – APRIL 2010

Responsibilities include those as noted for the Program Director position noted above. The difference in this time period is that the agency assigned me to different programs that were in need of a manager. This included programs in Beverly, Peabody, Danvers, and Andover.

MENTAL HEALTH COORDINATOR JOHN T BERRY REHAB. CENTER 1973 – 1992

Responsibilities include many of those noted for the Program Director positions above. The difference in this is that I ran a unit in a facility serving cognitively challenged individuals. This position did not include any payroll or budget management responsibilities.
