EXECUTIVE PROFILE

General Contractor since 1993, RA Wasserman Companies I have been in the construction industry since 1987. My experience started in the field and progressed through corporate Vice president to ultimately starting several companies of which I was CEO/President. I had developed my skills during my entire career which varied as I was brought up to all aspects including Land Development,Consulting,Construction Management,Owner representative to operating Construction companies as well as a Heavy equipment company. Created a strategic business plan for a multi platform con- struction company.I was involved in sales, contract negotiations and oversite of all opera- tions. I was able to grow the company to a gross revenues of over 20 million dollar. During that time I was involved in sales, contract negotiations all financial aspects,working with the company CPA and legal team for various aspects of operations,Iwas always involved in site operations.Ihad grown so much I had to split a company into two separate entities. The purpose was to operate the companies for specific operation that was previously blen- ded in residential and commercial construction.I additionally started an equipment rental company for the construction industry. The company included water trucks,loaders and smaller pieces to support AQMD requirements.

EXPERIENCE

During the last 23 plus years I have built over 800 homes for which I have been awarded two Golden Nugget Awards From the PCBC. There were additional local building associations awards.The commercial experience varied from several hundred thousand square feet of tilt up building, hospitals,Restaurants,office buildings and motels. I enjoyed as well the construct of several golf course club houses as well as lakes and pump stations.The first Clubhouse was home of the national televised skins game. During my career I have installed hundreds of wet and dry utilities as well as asphalt/concrete road ways.There was a project that included boring under the road way and building bridges over the all american canal.I had to process all the necessary paperwork for the approvals with the US core of engineers.
