Hired as the 1st Vivint Solar Sales Recruiter in the Human Resources Department after the company went public in 2014
Developed an innovative strategic recruiting resource plan to join 30+ military, 40+ higher education and 50+ community outreach, sponsorships, open houses and paid recruiting events which resulted in hiring over, 4,700 new employees in sales, operations and corporate in 2015 which helped Vivint Solar go from 39 locations in 8 states at the beginning of 2015 to a growth of 67 locations in 12 states by the end of 2015
