JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties as Senior Microbiologist & Chemist:
Documentation Review.
Training of staff on testing and Biosafety.
To perform all chemical test of raw materials and finished product goods according to BP/USP or in-house specification (Sop’s).
Validation of analytical procedure related to micro.
Supervision of water testing of pharma plant.
Validation analytical procedure of HPLC.
On line particle counter checking.
Area monitoring of all the sterile areas solution preparation, bottle pack.
Area monitoring of the all micro section Endo toxin and sterility room.
Responsible for the micro testing of raw and packing material, in process and finished products whose analysis are on HPLC and micro on compliance with written procedure of Sop’s.
Stability program of batches.
To evaluate batch record.
To maintain proper record just after dispatches to avoid incomplete delay.
Responsible for the proper maintenance of instrument room.
Testing of finish products in collaboration with Microbiological Lab.
Daily visit of raw material and packing material store regarding proper arrangement and their documentation.
