SSPC inspections and oversights on various lead-base paint abrasive blasting super structures such as: Goethals, Outer Reach, and George Washington Bridges; Department of Environmental Protection asbestos projects monitoring at the Croton Reservoir, MTA-Metro North facilities, New York City Preservation and Development-Highline restoration project, School Construction Authority- schools throughout New York City, and Park Chester Condominiums, Bronx, NY.
