QA/QC& Dining Manager

Develop equipment maintenance schedules, arrange for repairs needed evaluate new products.

Set up work schedule and train food service workers Inspect dining facilities, food storage and preparation area to include food service.

Provide constant attention to Safe Work Practices, immediately addressing any unsafe acts witnessed.

Check all food production equipment for safe and proper operation. Report and follow up on equipment requiring maintenance or replacement.

Train Food Production personnel on proper operation of kitchen equipment.

Assure all personnel have been trained before operating kitchen equipment.

Assure Temperature Logs are properly maintained; that hot food is served hot and cold food is served cold.

Safety AHA training will be conducted and documented at the start of each shift to include safety, security, hygiene and sanitation.
