Evaporator operator

I Operate three evaporators with higher pressures steam for the process of evaporate higher quantities of liquid black tea, green tea, etc following all QMP Quality Manufactory Process) and Troubleshot equipment when they malfunction and making sure babes and pumps are working in perfect conditions. (July 2008to April 2012.)

Cooker Operator

I operate a co- current equipment that cook tea at very high temperatures and add chemicals adjusting product color and ph. Troubleshooting equipment when not working properly includes valve and pumps. (April 2012 to September 2014)

Extraction Operator

Working with low pressure steam cells (Industrial Cooking Pot ) using higher quantity of raw tea. I use Low pressure steam to push the spent tea to 30,000 pound tank to be re rework. Troubleshooting my equipment for malfunctions ( valves, pumps And PLC comp air) .Working with low pressure steam and pressure vessels.
