In Anti-bacterial Therapeutic Area, synthesized a novel beta-lactam, cephalosporin and carbapenem based molecules in multi-step approach for the anti-bacterial drug candidate and studied the activity of the molecules with other biologically active cores such as oxazolidinones, Fluoroquinolones etc.
Designed, planned and executed multi-step organic synthesis and purification for the production of libraries of drug-like compounds based on the lead β-Lactum to target Cell wall synthesis inhibitor or ribosome synthesis inhibitor depletion/disintegration related conditions
