Role ANALYST

Description:

Our card program offering includes ready-to-implement solutions tailor made and customized to unique business needs. With concrete Service Level Agreements (SLAs), transparent pricing, Quatrro’s Card Processing Services cover the full spectrum; from plastic production and fulfillment, transaction routing and authorizations, contact center servicing and back-end fraud management. Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitoring SQL server daily health check, Disk Space of all the Servers and freeing up space as per SQL Server & Monitoring Logs for successful execution of all the specified jobs.

Responsible for Creating Backup Strategy as per Process requirement and ensure the availability of Backups incase of any failures.

Hands on in Datacenter to Diaster Recovery failover and rollback activity. Includes the configuration changes in SQL Server Database, IIS (Internet Information Services) & Apache Tomcat.

Release Code deployment in Development, UAT & Production based on the proper testing & approval.

Creating and managing Users, Roles and Groups and handling database security policies for Database.

Handling Database Audit specification & Server Auditing Specification to create a detailed report for the auditing purpose.

Applying Service Packs and Security patches for the Servers as released as per proper RFC.

Responsible for the handling Incident, Change & Emergency RFC Tickets and Closing those tickets with in the SLA Periods.

Hands on in Cards Management System (CMS) and Clearing & Settlement System (CASS) for ensuring the Service Delivery Operations.

Processing of EOD (End Of Day) and retrieve the transactions on that day.

Working with VISA Edit Package System and downloading the files from VISA and Process it.

Execution of Scripts in Oracle and SQL and retrieve the details card transactions. Declaration
