Plant General Manager

Hold full responsibility for all operations of a $400M plant with ~450 team members. Oversee safety, quality, production, maintenance, materials, and other production-based activities. Supervise and mentor direct-report team that includes multiple managers and engineers. Manage $15M in annual spending. Execute top-level decisions necessary to deliver on commitments and achieve goals for all core areas.

Drove significant improvement in safety performance. Achieved OSHA rates of 1.2 for recordable incidents and 0.2 for lost-time cases in year 1; delivered zero on both indicators in year 2, with over 1M man-hours without recordable incidents.

Achieved the highest schedule compliance in the Residential division by reaching sustained 95% performance (measured by number of completed orders vs. number of orders scheduled).
