Conducted over 250 joint combat patrols both mounted and dismounted throughout Nangarhar Province, which included police station assessments. training, consequence management, over 300 1--HDE enrollments, and served as a response force. His platoon's dedication and hard work as advisers was instrumental in increasing the effectiveness and independence of three stations under Task Force Bayonet, which enabled the transition of the Jalalabad police stations over for full control to the Afghan National Security Forces. Because of Jamar's emphasis on rehearsals, TTPs, and SOPs, his platoon was capable of rapidly responding and supporting a real world downed aircraft event, which they received accolades from the supported unit by securing the aircraft until it could be recovered.

Successfully graduated from the Company Intelligence Support Team Course and Anti-Terrorism level II Course. Displayed the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally and presented information in logical sequence through intelligence studies, reports, estimates, background papers, instructions and briefings. Resulted in Company's Physical Security, Crime Prevention, Key Control, and Arms Room SOPs which resulted in flawless installation inspections in all areas.
