P lan and Design more than 60 wind farms in greatest potential areas. Analyze potential conflicts in protected areas and areas of economic interest.

● 2007-2010. GIS Technician and Resources Modeling Analyst. Measure, correlate and predict medium and long term wind data of anemometer stations. Perform statistical wind data reports. Model wind resource maps and study the physical-geographical characteristics and wind climatology to classify and determine wind potential in more than 15 development zones.
