Conversion Project Manager
My responsibilities included managing up to 20 projects, always on time/task and with no escalations. Projects consisted of assisting current and new Vantiv customers who were looking to Vantiv’s expertise and exceptional technical knowledge in Credit Card processing. Through the use of a SOW (Statement of Work) and Project Plan, my team was instrumental in conducting a Pilot Program that traced and confirmed all elements of money transfers were correct, so this new program could be rolled out to all Client stores.
