Setting up Massive Optical Disc Project in Fortex, Iran where I handled & looked after total project works including introducing Optical Disc technology in Fortex Group, UAE, Iran, denoting the architecture for Production plant, Utility & various departments, played role as a market research for procuring quality & cost effective machinery, raw materials & other utility spare parts from different vendors worldwide and made them as a reliable business partners of Fortex. Key achievement is that I set up this massive project very economically with promoting quality based brand name of company in world which made me recognized worldwide and this is on enhance, help me to drawing company by my self- shoulder with procuring huge raw material and other spare parts in credit from different vendors throughout Asia, Europe market as to run production uninterrupted while company was in financial deficit. This is one for which I become enthrall always as a incredible & best achievement in my professional career.

Optical Disk Project on behalf of Oswal Group in Chandigar, India. I was fully responsible for setting up Dye Laboratory with introducing new dye chemical technology. I set up Laboratory department according to the norms of Chemical Laboratory and trained the lab chemists by providing Instrumental, analytical testing and documentary training. Key achievement is that I made my name in Europe’s technological market owing to my invention of new dye technology in Optical Disc industry for which I have been awarded by company too.

R&D Laboratory project where I was fully responsible for setting up New Chemical Laboratory and I executed project work very economically & successfully according to the norms of Chemical laboratory. I introduced analytical testing procedures both instrumentally & analytically of different parameters for complete analysis of Water, Soil, Environmental Air and Mineral Ores. I recognized this R&D Laboratory from Ministry of Environment & Forest and different Pollution control Boards, India. Key achievement is that I have been praised with appreciable comments by Inspectors (scientists) during their inspection owing to modern standardization of newly setting up R&D Laboratory and as well as my sound knowledge which I presented before them. All materials purchase procedure conduct with a State-of- the-Art method with inventing maximum vendors for one material, Material QC analysis before negotiation & final knocking the quality material with squeezing maximum least price by keeping logic to obtain least manufacturing cost.
