Layouts creation of clay bricks making machine full unit ( Unit consists - box feeder, grinding mill, mixing mill, extruder, cutting machine, sizing machine, clay conveyor & bricks conveyor).

Assembly & exploded assembly drawings creation with part list (BOM).

Inspection of manufacturing drawings.

3D to 2D conversion & detailing with GD&T.

Database Creation for material list by M.S access.

Key Achievements

Successfully accomplished brick making machine 3 full unit ( BM 400 & BM 300).

Automatic brick stacker unit-I

Automatic brick stacker unit is used for stacking the brick on the transfer car, according to the structure. It consists of belt conveyor, push out, splitter, 10bricks conveyors, gantry, picking units and transfercar.50 bricks can be lifted by a picking unit. Totally 100 bricks are lifted by this unit.

Automatic brick stacker unit-II Robot (Yaskawa motoman MPL-300)

Automatic brick stacker unit is used for stacking the brick on the pallet, according to the structure. It consists of belt conveyor, picking unit & pallet splitter.24 and 25 bricks can be lifted by this picking unit. Servo technology, Pneumatic cylinders and Yaskawa motoman robot MPL300 are used in this Unit.

Automatic brick stacker unit-III ( Servo System)

Automatic brick stacker unit is used for stacking the brick on the pallet conveyor, according to the structure. It consists of belt conveyor, picking unit & pallet conveyor.72 bricks can be lifted by this picking unit. Servo technology, Pneumatic cylinders and Aluminum profile are used in this unit.

Project Description: Role: Draftsman

Took accurate dimension form the grinders and flour mill. Prepared 3D part, assembly and 2D drawing by Solid work and AutoCAD.

ii) Special Purpose Machine - Customer: AUTOTEX

Automated assemble Machine for bobbin holder

Project Description: Role: Designer

In this project using robotic servo technology and pneumatic cylinders and grippers our systems are designed to dramatically maximize production with absolute minimal operator intervention.

iii) Special Purpose Machine – Customer: LAKSHMI CARD CLOTHING

Wire Rolling Machine and Wire Tensioner

Project Description: Role: R&D, Draftsman and Maintenance

The aim of the project is to Roll the wire automatically on the spool using induction motor and is moved front and back using a servo motor with ball screw for even winding of wire on the spool.

The wire tensioner is used to maintain constant tension on the wire to provide even winding on the spool.

iv) Special Purpose Machine - Customer: NIRMAL PUMP

Automated Part Loader and Unloader for CNC Machine.

Project Description: Role: R&D, Draftsman, and Maintenance

Automatic part loading and machine tending systems. Using pneumatic technology our systems are designed to dramatically maximize production with absolute minimal operator intervention. Project Description: Role: Project Leader The aim of the project is to used automatically sandblast to the Roller or structure in first booth and small component on the dial table in second booth with help of ABB robot.
