Managed departmental budget. Headed acquisition team making 2 company acquisitions in 2 years and acted as interim GM for 1 division.

Engineering Manager (12/97-8/99)

Responsible for Manufacturing, Industrial, Design, Safety and Maintenance Engineering, over 2 facilities, compromising of 15 direct reports and 10 indirect. Responsible for $4.8 MM capital expenditure budget. Implemented cost saving programs resulting in annualized savings of $840K. Launched 3 major new products and over 10 redesigns resulting in $6.2MM incremental sales and reducing customer returns by 20%.
