Implemented fully automated cells in grinding department resulting in headcount reduction of 32 employees. Championed 6 sigma projects resulting in average annualized savings of $1.5MM over 10 year period. Successfully reduced in house scrap by 50%. Reduced scrap by 60% utilizing DOE and lean manufacturing. Relocated west coast division from CA to AZ with no interruption to service level, achieving $250k annual operational savings and increased plant efficiency (to 90%). Managed departmental budget. Headed acquisition team making 2 company acquisitions in 2 years and acted as interim GM for 1 division.

Responsible for $4.8 MM capital expenditure budget. Implemented cost saving programs resulting in annualized savings of $840K. Launched 3 major new products and over 10 redesigns resulting in $6.2MM incremental sales and reducing customer returns by 20%.
