In this role:

For the first 2 Year: I take responsibility of: Polishing, sandblasting, galvanizing, painting, powder coating…Some Arc and oxide welding and cutting if required

For the next years: Oxide cutting, Fabrication and Arc welding in the work shop, installation on site

-I work as Welder/Fabricator (Arc, Mix and Tig welding) in Tin Thanh Mechanic and Industry Construction Co.JSC from 1996 to 1998, Part time job as translator for Ninh Binh Water Supply Company.

In this company, firstly I have to learn how to fabricate and weld Tig, Mix. We fabricate and weld machineries, equipment, pipes… in the workshop, then Installations and some repair work on site. At this time I interpret for project of rehabilitation and maintain for Ninh Binh water supply system (Project preparation stage, ADB loan).

-I work as English translator, Metter installation in Ninh Binh water supply company from 1998 to 2006

In This role, I have to understand the drawing, the order from American engineers and work with the team to loosen the bolts from old back date pump station, machinery and equipment and replace by new one, lay the pipe network, assembled by manual hand equipment, household meters replacement, and other related infrastructure such as filter tank, clarifier, tower...

Due to my ability of English and work, do not only I work at site, but also I work in Project implementation office if any works required

I still works as welder/fabricator for Tin Thanh Mechanical Industry Construction Co.JSC until 2012 as Part time Job

-I move to inspection, repair and installation team in the Ninh Binh Water supply company. At the same time I work as a boilermaker/welder ( Arc, Mix, Tig welding) in Thong Nhat shipping company (My uncle owned) and Ninh Binh construction and pressure equipment co. ltd ( my class mate owned) as Part time Job from 2006 to 2014

In this stage, We go to all districts water supply branch in the province and together with them to find, repair the leakages pipes, some of machinery and Install, replace meters, all kind of pipe system (dust Ion, galvanizing, steel, PPE, HDPE, UPVc…)

For the part time Job: (Due to the lack of reality employee, the owners need and trust me)

For the household works (fan, gate, balcony, ceiling…): I have learned many skills for example: screwing, drilling, electric repairing…by small machine, especially How to make the housework’s beautiful although It is easy for technical.

For the shipping industry, pressure pipes and equipment: I have to replace any unqualified positions and instruct, teach the new ones to fulfil his responsibilities

-I work in custom service department in Ninh Binh water supply company

My work relate with Inspection for meters, pipes, house hold connections installation and replacement and to settle all custom claims: In order to do that, I must understand the households water network, meters, as well as the distribution network (Background and experiences).
