FIRST CITY MONUMENT BANK LTD (MARCH 2016 – PRESENT)

Development of a:

Service (rest and soap) Connection Monitor (web application)

- This application was designed to enable the bank’s support team keep track of different services used by different banking applications for the execution of individual transactional processes.

Wallet Management Portal (web application)

- This application which includes features like fund transfer, bills payment, fund reversal and other key banking features was built for the sole purpose of supporting the bank’s USSD application at branches. It replicates every function of the USSD application at web level. It also serves as a support portal where customer issues can be resolved.

Multichoice Support Portal (web application)

- This application which includes features like multichoice subscription with scratch cards, card status reversal, generation of multichoice reports and other key banking features was developed as a support portal for management of multichoice payments.

Project Management Portal (web application)

- This application was developed for the cards and e-banking group with the sole aim of managing projects in terms of keeping track of the project’s timeline as well as providing top management with visual information about all project carried within the team.

Card and E-banking Reporting Portal (web application)

-This portal which was termed “CEBG tracker” was developed for the cards and e-banking group for developing various reports like service and channel downtime report, card’s dispatched report, money gram report as well, secured code registration report as well as other key reports.

Wallet Daily Balance Sweeper Service (window service)

-This window service was developed for movement of customer’s balances at the end of daily transactions to a specific table location for the sole aim of easing audit process.

Multichoice Payment Repost (window service)

-This service automated the process of reprocessing failed customer’s multichoice bill’s payment. The service was built to detect failed customer’s transaction and repost them automatically in other for the customer to get value especially in cases of operation time out or system downtime.

Utility Library (soap service)

-This service made available to every member of the team functions/ method that were needed in application development thereby easing the process of code writing.

Airtime Recharge Vending (rest service)

-This application which aids the process of MTN and GLO recharge, serves as a middle tier between the bank’s application and the above stated network aggregators.
