Telecommunication Network Engineer (Full Time).
Architecture, design, install and testing IP backbone network to support company’s network; Most of the core network devices are from Cisco (i.e. Cisco ASA 5510 and ASR1k routers).
Configure and turn up new core routers, and maintain backbone and router port capacity in the core network. Real-time problem management including coordinating customer calls, problem escalation to appropriate support levels, tracking, and follow-up.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting, analysis and isolation of network and VOIP events, tracking and management of network events using Zenoss and Linux platforms for continuous monitoring and logging network events.
Configuring Hosted IP VOIP systems for the customers, in addition but not limited to integrating the VOIP into their existing data network.

Architecture, design, install and testing IP backbone network to support company’s network. Worked on Cisco ASR 9K core routers and a mix of Cisco and metro-Ethernet switches from various vendors for the DWDM layer 2 nationwide network.
